A Partnership with ‘Achieve More! Scotland’
I first learnt about the non-profit organisation, Achieve More! Scotland, through the BBC Scottish Football podcast. Their original aim is to keep young people away from gang-violence, crime, and anti-social behaviour through exercise programmes. Wanting to give back to my local community, I reached out in 2018 asking if I could fundraise for them through my cycling journey.
The Achieve More! team has been incredibly supportive, sourcing my equipment and putting me in contact with journalists to bring awareness to my fundraiser and trip.
We’d love to have your support! Check out the different ways you can contribute:
Participate in the cycling challenge
The challenge is to raise £10,000 — one pound for every mile I'll be cycling. That’s 10,000 miles through 21 countries in 8 months. My trip is completely self-funded, so every penny we receive will go directly towards changing the lives of Scotland’s young people through ‘Achieve More! Scotland’.
Any level of support is much appreciated! Take a look at how your donations will impact our communities:
